Anticimex Netherlands continues to expand and announces an acquisition and thereby expands its service portfolio with bird proofing services

Anticimex Group, today announces its continued expansion in The Netherlands with the acquisition of PCF Holland, a family owned company based in the central region of the Netherlands.

Founded in 2010 PCF Holland is a well-reputed pest control company specializing in delivering high-quality bird proofing services towards housing associations, municipalities, and government sector. The transaction will both strengthen Anticimex geographical footprint and broaden the service portfolio.

This transaction follows on Anticimex acquisition of Lamon, Kees Kooijman, Lagerwey and Mirado and forms part of its strategy to expand its market coverage across all regions of the Dutch market through organic growth and further acquisitions.
