Focus area - Promoting the Anticimex Model
Anticimex acknowledges the importance of having transparent, accountable and sustainable business systems. Accordingly, the Group continuously works to promote good business ethics and transparency throughout the organization, centered around its core values “Trust, Innovation and Passion”. In line with the decentralized Anticimex Model, Anticimex focuses on establishing appropriate business policies and practices at branch level. Local management has further been assigned primary responsibility and accountability for promoting transparency and ensuring compliance with human rights and anti-corruption regulations (see also “–The Anticimex Model” above). Moreover, in order to minimize the risk of, for example, bribery and any other breaches by the Group’s employees, the Group requires all employees to sign Anticimex’s Code of Conduct on an annual basis.
