We are upgrading our IT systems In November

In order to provide you with the best service as possible we are now upgrading our IT platform. During week 45 and 46 the upgrade will affect Anticimex My Pages and the Anticimex Business App.

This is how our customers might be affected:

  • The functionality of My Pages will be limited from 4/11 to 15/11 8 PM. Any reports carried out by Anticimex during this period will not be displayed in the system. However, self-inspections and checklists will not be affected, and you will have full access to all reports and data created before 4/11.

  • My Pages and Anticimex Business App will be completely closed from 15/11 8 PM until 18/11. During this time you will not be able to log in to the systems to carry out any tasks. The systems will be available from 18/11. At that time reports and other events from week 45 will also be available.

  • For those of you who need to do self-inspections while My Pages are closed please read our guide how you can manage this manually. Please notice that you must log in and print your checklists before the maintenance at 8 PM at 15/11.
