We have developed programmes that help our employees develop their skills in their respective areas. “I Lead” is a group-wide programme for leadership development of middle managers which was launched in 2014. The programme includes four modules of four days each over nine months.
Each individual’s goals are aligned with Anticimex’s strategic goals. Module one which is about working smarter is connected to Anticimex’s profit margin goal, individual sales goals are connected to the group’s sales target and individual goals for skill development are connected to Anticimex’s employee and customer satisfaction indexes. The programme also serves as a platform to promote network building and nurture a common leadership culture within the group.
