Anticimex accelerates its expansion in the Netherlands and announces two acquisitions

Anticimex today announces that it has acquired 100 percent of Lamon Bedrijfshygiëne B.V. and Lameijer Exon B.V in the Netherlands.

Lamon Bedrijfshygiëne B.V., established in 1947, is specialised in pest control, damp control and dry rot treatments and serves both residential and commercial clients. Lameijer Exon B.V. is a specialist in pest control serving the commercial market. Both companies are family-owned businesses located in Tynaarlo and are among the larger service providers in the sector. These acquisitions accelerate Anticimex’s growth within preventive pest control and hygiene services in the Netherlands.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Dick Bisschop, CEO of Anticimex Netherland, said: “These acquisitions constitute a milestone for Anticimex in the Netherlands.
