Anticimex Group Acquires MidAtlantic Pest

Pressrelease 01-08-2017 04:51

Anticimex Group today announces its continued expansion into the US with the acquisition of MidAtlantic Pest, a family-owned and operated pest control company that services Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. The acquisition was made by Anticimex’s subsidiary American Pest.

MidAtlantic has been providing its customers with pest control and wildlife services in Delaware and Maryland for over 25 years. They have a solid reputation among their residential customers for offering fast, friendly and affordable solutions for several common household pests. The organization also provides nuisance wildlife removal.

Commenting on today’s announcement, David Billingsly, President of American Pest, said:

“I am very proud of our team and very much looking forward to our continued growth and the challenges that lie ahead of us. We’re not only expanding our client reach; we’re offering our new and existing employees more opportunities to develop within a growing organization”.

The transaction follows on Anticimex acquisition of Modern Pest Control and, Viking Pest Control earlier this year and forms part of Anticimex’s strategy to expand in the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic region via organic growth and by partnering with strong regional and local players.
