Anticimex Netherlands accelerates its expansion and announces an acquisition within dry rot segment

Anticimex Group, today announces its continued expansion in The Netherlands with the acquisition of Van Meijel Bedrijfshygiene en Houtconservering B.V., a well-renowned pest control company specializing in delivering high-quality wood preservation services, fumigation, and traditional pest control services towards housing associations, municipalities, and owners of historical buildings. The transaction will both strengthen Anticimex geographical footprint and further broaden the service portfolio.

This transaction follows on Anticimex acquisition of Lamon, Kees Kooijman, Lagerwey, Mirado and PCF Holland and forms part of its strategy to expand its market coverage across all regions of the Dutch market through organic growth and further acquisitions.
