Anticimex France realizes its fourth acquisition in France, and takes its first step in the region Centre Val de Loire

The Anticimex Group, among the top four world leaders of Pest Control, announced today the acquisition of SEEROR & Fils, based in Ingré in the region Centre Val de Loire.

Customer segments are among other the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, logistics, alimentary and facility management industry, the pharmaceutical industry, health and public services, the industrial as well as the mass retail segment.

SEROR & Fils is the fourth acquisition made by Anticimex in France and marks the next step in realizing the expansion strategy for the French market. Similar to its approach in other markets, Anticimex intends to grow rapidly from a combination of organic growth and further acquisitions as well as strategic partnerships with large international clients.
