Anticimex enters Latin America by acquiring Palmera Junior, Colombia

Anticimex Group, one of the world’s largest pest control companies, today announces its entrance into the Latin American market by its first strategic acquisition, the family-owned company Palmera Junior based in Colombia. This is the first acquisition made by Anticimex in Latin America and marks the starting point for an expansion strategy in this dynamic and fast-growing market. Anticimex intends to grow rapidly from a combination of organic growth and further acquisitions as well as strategic partnerships with large international clients.
