Report a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in an Anticimex product, service, website, application, or connected device, we encourage you to report it to us through the form below. We welcome responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities and will review all submissions in accordance with our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) process.
When submitting a report, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including:
- A description of the vulnerability
- The affected product, service, or URL
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Potential security impact
- Any supporting screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept material
After submitting your report:
- You will receive a unique reference ID for traceability.
- Anticimex will acknowledge receipt within five (5) calendar days.
- Our security team will assess the report and, where appropriate, work with you throughout the remediation process.
- Information submitted through this form will only be accessible to authorized personnel responsible for security investigations.
We kindly ask that you do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until Anticimex has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
